Catering for Every Occasion At the Happy Cow we give you alternatives to mainstream menu choices. From single serving to groups big and small, we can satisfy your needs.  Give us a call, (250-767-3457) let us know how many people you are expecting, what their dietary needs are and we'll give you a quote. 	To the left is our Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegan Chocolate cake with vegan cream cheese icing. Decorated with cashews and fresh fruits.		Our Fruit Platters are always a hit.  We use in season whenever possible. Organic is available upon request depending on availability.
	Our Fresh Veggie Trays are made with whole food dips. We use in season and local whenever possible. Organic is available upon request depending on  availability.		Hand rolled Nori Rolls are an excellent gluten free/dairy free treat. Rolls can be made to your liking, vegetarian and otherwise.  Comes with sweet and savoury sauce.
